Godwars Colonies. Your colony provides you taxes, controls how many followers you can have, repair rates on items and lastly - your follower level cap. You CANNOT level up your followers past this CAP. They can continue to collect and store experience but will not advance until you have raised this cap. A “global cap” is the highest your level cap can reach, regardless of your buildings. Only an administrator can change the “Global Cap”
